Do not download it, it took me 4 hours straight to fish out all the junk from this software.

I only know how to get it out of Chrome:

1) uninstall all unrecognized software (be careful about this)

2) got to extensions, and check the developer mode box

3) find the ID for CostMin

4) go to C:\Users\(your user profile)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions

5) delete the folder labeled with the CostMin ID

CostMin is gone! And you can get on with your life.

Adware. Reinstalls itself constantly when you try to remove it.
